Delivery charges for Hong Kong and Macau are included in the product price. No additional delivery fee is required.

Estimated delivery times depend on product availability, the delivery location, and logistics arrangements. Customers are advised to confirm the estimated dispatch and delivery dates with customer service before placing an order. For deliveries within Hong Kong, orders are dispatched within one working day after payment is received and are expected to arrive within three working days after dispatch.

A smartphone and the Nerivio App are not included in the product package. Users must download and install the App separately.

Each device provides 18 treatments, with each treatment lasting 45 minutes. Users can view the number of treatments remaining in the App. After all treatments have been completed, the device should be disposed of in accordance with the instructions for use.

Nerivio is a Class II therapeutic medical device. To ensure safe and compliant use, opened products are generally not eligible for a seven-day no-reason return or exchange if no quality issue is present.

If the device develops a non-user-caused hardware fault before all available treatments have been used, please stop using it and contact official customer service to request an after-sales inspection. If the inspection confirms that the device meets the applicable return or exchange criteria, the matter will be handled in accordance with the relevant after-sales policy. Completion of all 18 treatments is considered normal use of the device; a new device may be purchased to continue treatment.

Clean the device body with a dry cloth. Do not use soap, alcohol, or abrasive materials. Do not immerse the device in water, disassemble it, or attempt to replace or recharge the built-in battery.

When the device is not in use, replace the protective film over the electrodes and return the device to its original packaging or storage pouch. Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high temperatures. The armband may be washed with soap and water, but it must not be bleached, tumble-dried, or ironed.

If the device does not switch on, displays abnormal indicator lights, cannot connect to the App, or runs out of power before 18 treatments have been completed and within its validity period, stop using it and contact official customer service. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.

A compatible smartphone should meet the following recommended requirements:

• A multi-touch screen of at least 4.7 inches
• A screen resolution of at least 720 × 1280
• A processor running at 1 GHz or faster
• At least 2 GB of RAM
• At least 16 GB of internal storage
• Bluetooth 4.0 or later
• iOS 13 or later
• Android 9 or later

The device must be connected to the App via Bluetooth during treatment. A continuous Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is not required during treatment; however, an internet connection is required to register or sign in to an account.

The following individuals should not use Nerivio:

• Individuals with uncontrolled epilepsy
• Individuals with an active implanted medical device, such as a cardiac pacemaker, cochlear implant, or another implanted electronic device

The following individuals or circumstances require consultation with a doctor before use:

• Individuals with congestive heart failure
• Individuals with severe cardiac or cerebrovascular disease
• Individuals who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
• Children under 8 years of age
• Individuals with a metal implant, cancerous lesion, wound, rash, infection, or impaired sensation at the intended application site

The device must be applied only to dry, healthy upper-arm skin with normal sensation. The approved age range and indications may vary by country or region. Always follow the product label, the locally registered indications, and your doctor’s advice.
